Bari Klein is an associate of the firm. Her litigation practice includes high-value and high-exposure general liability defense litigation, with a focus on defending clients in construction, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, product liability and warranty claims, school district representation and toxic exposure. Bari has also defended a nationwide Class Action venued in the Southern District of New York involving allegations of Breach of Contract, Fraud, Unjust Enrichment and violations of the New York Consumer Laws. She has also successfully briefed numerous motions in both state and federal courts as well as successfully argued a motion before the Appellate Division, First Department. Before entering private practice, Bari served as an assistant district attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office Trial Bureau where she first chaired approximately 28 trials to verdict for crimes involving theft of services to repeat violent and non-violent offenders.
